2025 is starting off with a bang in regards to Nordic Muay Thai! Muay Thai for Life 11 is scheduled for Stockholm on March first and it will not only be the first MTFL event of the year, but it will also kick off a new collaboration between MTFL and Lucky Sport!
A deal was signed last year in conjunction with MTFL 10 – as it became the first Swedish Muay Thai show that local fans could bet on. Now a a deal, exclusive in Sweden, has been inked between MTFL and Lucky Sports for all MTFL events throughout 2025!
MTFL promotor Patrick Thomsen sees this as recognition and affirmation of the hard work that goes into the production of every event, as well as a promising sign of things to come.
“This is a big step forward for MTFL but it is also reassurance of our spot in the Nordic combat ports ecosystem but even a statement in regards to the progression of martial arts, Thomsen says. “On top of that it shows the strides that MTFL has made since its inception, truly becoming a big player on the Nordic combat sports scene. This proves that martial arts belongs in the spotlight, just like any mainstream sport, and truly a positive sign a to where things are heading. We look forward to this adding even more energy and excitement to coming MTFL events, starting March first.”
Odds will be available for MTFL 11 as well as subsequent events this year. Thus far only MTFL 11 has been announced, but at least three more events are slated for 2025 and will be officially announced in the coming weeks.
